Beer and Salad

posted by john

Motor and John spent Sunday afternoon with a variety of different salads made by a salad chef and the inventor of the toasted raisin. There is a class photo showing all the beers we paried with the salads but the cable for the camera was missing. We’ll post it later.

UPDATE: It appears that the City Beer show is moving to a new date. One that doesn’t conflict with chocolate bunnies. A new date (likely the same time) will be posted soon.

Great show. Well done. I didn’t listen to the show on april 1st so I wasn’t even thinking about it all being a joke. I thought that Hamms was unbelievable and having the guy who invented the raisin in a salad was hilarious.

But the beers were great. I have enjoyed both the Arrogant Bastard and the Rasputin Imperial Stout. Both are great beers I.M.H.O.
