The 21st Amendment at the 21st Amendment

The 21st Amendment repealed the “grand experiment” known as the 18th Amendment. The amendment passed on February 20th 1933 and was ratified on January 5th 1933. 75 years later there are thousands of crazy laws concerning alcohol sales, distribution, transportation and use.

    Thanks for a great overview of the 21st Amendment. God bless Jimmy Carter! You guys did your homework on this one, and I enjoyed every bit of the show. I also love your after-shows. In addition to beer, I’m a tech guy, so I like your takes on tech (subscriber to many other JF podcasts). I also happen to be a car guy, so I really liked hearing about the 356! Keep up the great work on the shows and the after-shows!!!
