Belgium is a wonderful place for beer. There are many styles from that country. Many of which are not always accessible to the American style beer drinker from a palette point of view. Belgium beers don’t follow marketing trends that “large beer factories” making labels that look uninviting.

Homework: Find a Lambic of some sort like a lindemans Pêche, Pomme, or Framboise. Notice the sour quality. Don’t forget a trippel. Or find a Belgium beer of some sort.

Blow torch cooking….actually you can use it for lots of things. Creme Brulle, meringue on top of the pie, peeling tomatoes, peeling bell peppers, and anytime you want a crispy browned top.
